Weekend Urgent Care Service

An alternative to going to A & E, or phoning 111. It is manned by local GPs, from the Woodchurch, Hamstreet and Tenterden Surgeries.

Walk-in service. No pre-booking needed.  Urgent care only for registered patients.

Saturday morning:  Ivy Court Surgery, Tenterden.  9.00am to 12.00pm at the above address.
Sunday morning:  Hamstreet Surgery, 9.00am to 12.00pm at the above address.

There will be a receptionist, a nurse and GP staff who will all be from the three local practices, but may be working outside their own practice. Patients therefore may, for example, be registered at Woodchurch Surgery but see their own GP on a Sunday at Hamstreet. We aim to continue to offer a high quality service and the reassurance of seeing a Local GP for Urgent Care needs in a Local surgery. In order to maintain the success of the service it will not be possible to deal with routine queries.
